Then boots are beautiful, and way too big. Can I return them and get a size 10 ?

I've bought 8 pairs of boots over the last 4 yrs,and every time,there was always a lady who helped, I love this place

Not the stores fault the hat is of bad quality, but the photos dont match the product. Also only offering a little over half what I paid back of i were to return is a joke. Definitely dont recommend.
