Customer service was amazing!

Even though I received the incorrect rug and they had to send the correct one, they were very prompt. I still have not received the return label yet to send the incorrect rug back.

Love it! The color are terrific, quality and style top notch. Lays flat and doesn’t slip.

Ordering was easy. The phone number on the web site was in operable, but I called one of the stores and received excellent support. The carpet we purchased is not a as nice as I thought it would be.

Love the rug and they did contact me about the damaged side. The whole side is unraveling and I'm not physically able to return it so I'm stuck with a $350 mistake.
