Love the design and quality of this rug. It looks great in our living room!

Rug has way too much blue accent than appeared in photo. We thought would be more sable in color. Keeping rug. We placed another rug on top to tone down blue. Delivery was good.

Terrible

Rug arrived damaged. R&H wants to blame their vendor, but not take responsability. Have been getting a runaround for a week and no closer to a resolution so only recourse is BBB complaint, dispute with bank, and finding somewhere else to purchase a rug b/c I won't do business here ever again based on this experience.

Color not true to image. I tried to return this rug within 7 days & NO RESPONSE from Customer service after contacting via email and telephone VERY POOR NON EXSISTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Great Rug!

This rug is not the same color as in the online picture. The price seems high for the quality of the rug. But, I am keeping it for temporary use while my wool oriental is out for a wash.
