One product incorrect and could not contact anyone for a refund

I needed the stamp for a project due about a week and a-half. I was told the stamp would arrive by Monday of the following week. Excellent, that would give me a week to complete the stamping and assembly of 150 paper fans. I watched my order through the “Shop” tracking app, and waited to pounce on its arrival. The app declared it delivered, but the stamp was not at my house. I looked everywhere. I checked my neighbor’s houses. Nothing. It had been delivered to the wrong place. I wrote to the company immediately and said that they needed to locate the stamp or replace it. I wrote to the “Shop” app, and told them to locate the package. Shop denied ever having the package. I had watched them tell me it was delivered, but the entire history of the delivery was erased. Tuesday morning, Rubberstamps. com said they had made the re-stamp and it was awaiting pick-up. Shop did not pick up the stamp that day, so I was really stressing. I wrote to rubberstamps. com and told them they would have to send the stamp in overnight mail for it to be of use to me. They did not reply. The Shop app showed that the stamp was picked up sometime Wednesday afternoon, and the expected delivery time would be "by 9PM on Friday Night. ” Even if I could get all 150 fans stamped and assembled on Friday night after I got home from work, there was no guarantee that the stamp would arrive anymore than it had the first time, so I had to take another approach. I located a printer at work and spent an hour running the paper fans through that printer on Wednesday, which gave me Thursday and Friday to complete the assembly. By the time the stamp arrived at my door Friday night, it was not needed. Does it work well? I have no idea. The people at rubberstamps. com were communicative and helpful until I requested the overnight shipping to get the stamp to me in time to be useful. The Shop app takes no accountability for the lost package. This is a long, boring play-by-play of a very stressful week to explain...

My only complaint is that I provided artwork with the exact dimensions, and my artwork was intentionally left aligned, but whoever made the stamp decided to center align it… making it harder to align the artwork when using the stamp.

Where is it???? I've tried following the tracking and its not at the post office. I like to prefere smaller businesses, but I would have had it in 2 days from Amazon!! Over a month???

i ordered two 2x2 stamps but the stamps that i received were shrinked because it does not match the size of the printing block i ordered with it, which is also 2x2.

Stamps like a champ!

I’m not happy with the final product The stamp I received does not look like the stamp I ordered. I order the 1 in x 1 in with curved text. On the website I set it up so the logo was not touching the text. But the stamp I received has the text right on top of the logo. It looks awful. I’m disappointed but I need the stamp, so I’ll use it.
