The stamp looks great, however it would have been good to know that the QR code that worked on the graphic submitted does not in fact work when stamped.

Super fast turn around and great quality!

The website was easy to use, and the products arrived in a timely fashion. My only complaint was that one ink pad was super wet and didn't stamp well (it filled the holes), but I know once it dries out a bit, it will work great. The other stamp, only half of the stamp, gets ink. I'm not sure whether it was the packing or if that is just what happens.

Love the stamp. The only issue I have is I selected the option for the ink pad, but it didn't add it to the order, so I had to get ink elsewhere. But other than that, great.

Ordered two and both turned out great!

My original stamp had flaws. I emailed and asked for corrections to be made. I described exactly what the errors were (mostly incompletely printed lettering. . . top corner of N was missing, capital E was printed as a capital F, and the O looked like a Q). A replacement was sent out immediately. I was happy about that. However, the replacement is identical to the original. All the exact same flaws still exist. I won't be using this company again.
