Great little stamp - operates very smoothly and makes a clear, concise imprint

I had put in my order however it input my daughters address instead of my address which is the billing address. I wrote several emails since there was no phone contact, The order was not processed yet and there was no place on the website to edit my order. I probably should have cancelled it but it took me some time to select what I wanted so I didn't want start all over. I got an email back but they said the order was already processed. My daughter received it but now I have to somehow get it from her. She lives in Hawaii and I live in Nevada.

Stamp was not what I thought I had ordered

Customer service is top notch! They identified an issue with my order (resolution on an upload) contacted me, and resolved it over a simple email exchange.

Delivered in a timely fashion. Easy to use

I ordered 9 stamps. Three of them were the wrong font size.

The stamp is much smaller than what I wanted. Guess I assumed it would be about the size of a quarter. Otherwise, the imprint is exactly what I wanted and delivery was prompt.
