The writing on the stamp was so tiny that you can't read it and I could not use it.

Unhappy that the image fades after a brief time. Make the items I stamping useless

Satisfied with the stamps’ good impression on paper. Customer service promptly responded to my inquiry about an ink refill for the stamps I ordered. I realized I had missed the refill tube in the bottom crease of the envelope when I threw it in the trash. Despite being in a small ziplock bag, the tube was stuck there. I discovered my mistake after taking the envelope out to send a picture of the product, including the envelope, as requested by customer service.

They did not send me a stamp. They said that they sent it, but it never arrived. I paid money and even reached out to them that they said it was just too bad. This is terrible customer service. Will not recommend.

I ordered an address stamp and only our name appears on the stamp. It did not come with our address. The order asked for the name to be entered but never our address. I thought it was odd. I assumed it would take it from the shipping address. I guess I was wrong. The stamp is useless. When I sent an email to RubberStamps. com as I thought the website must have had a glitch. I received a response that I could have a 50% discount code to be able to order another stamp. It stated if I were interested in receiving this 50% discount to respond back to their response and I would receive a code. What a waste of time and money.

Exactly what I was wanting. . . . nailed it

I thought the type would be a little larger. And bolder. The dials are stiff to rotate and flimsy. You can’t see what rotates to the stamp position because of the pad, so it gets pretty messy (Inky) as you turn the dials and test. The ink creates a crisp impression. Overall would not recommend unless you’re looking for a very petite date stamp imprint.
