They are good at answering questions within 24 hrs and they answered many for me. I asked for samples of the mulch in various colors and they sent it within a week. The ordering and delivery process went smoothly. I felt comfortable ordering from them and knew what I was getting.

Really liking it so far. It spreads easy and covers good. It may be more money now but I should not have to touch it for a long time. I gave it 4 stars because 12 of the 25 bags didn't seal good and were broke open on the pallet. so a bit of a mess but easy to clean up,
