The mulch and order process went smoothly. How’s, the transportation situation could have been better handled better. They refused to put the mulch near playground but left it on driveway which caused a huge problem.

Everyone was great and surprisingly helpful. R&L (I think) Carriers were awesome. Great communication. On time, and ready to go. I am quite impressed.

Been looking for the shredded rubber mulch for a while, not very many places have it. Product is just as described and great quality, I’m very happy with it. I’m about to order even more now that I know exactly what I’ll be getting. 100% recommended! Thank you guys!!

Well, I have received several marketing messages since placing my order on March 25th, I have not actually received my order, nor has it even shipped! I've contacted the company by phone and emailed again yesterday asking if my order would be shipped before the end of the week, but I have not yet heard back.

Horrible communication from the company. The order never shipped and we never received information for shipping. Timelines are not followed. If shipping isn’t going to happen in the listed timeframe, they should not be putting it in the order confirmation. Terrible customer service and no response.

The product is great , unfortunately thats where it ends. Communication and delivery experience is terrible.

This was my third order. Putting the rubber mulch everywhere I can. Much better than regular mulch or pine straw. Will probably order more next year.

The mulch is perfect for my landscaping application. However, one of the four pallets that arrived had damage and had torn bags on the bottom with some loss of product. Would hope for more solid pallets and packaging.

Yes, 5 stars to Rubber Mulch. com I no longer have to mow, fertilize, aerate, water cut to only 10 percent now it is drippers etc. I just got in under the wire meaning spring time I figure I will save $1000 a year.

Horrible customer Service !! Bought an entire palet for around new pool of dark brown year and a half ago. . . this year when came time to add to it , ordered a few bags to fill in. They sent the wrong color. . . . they actually called and apologized for sending wrong color. They agreed to send more of the correct color, I added 4 more bags to the order . . . . low and behold WRONG COLOR Again!!! Contacted them and they blantely said " rake it in" . For the price they charge that is NOT acceptable ! Lost a customer for sure !
