They processed our order very quickly and it was received within 3 days. Very happy with our purchase and the service we received.

We've been buying Rtic products for a long time now, won't even consider buying the other brands. We have been very impressed with the new ceramic coating inside, so easy to clean and your beverage doesn't taste like metal. Great job Rtic !

Great service

Great gift for my son

We bought this bag for groceries that need to stay cool, or at least out of the direct Summer heat. It's absolutely PERFECT for our application. It fits nicely in a shopping cart, but is still easy to handle when fully loaded. We live at 8000 ft, and the Summer sun heats up the inside of a car quickly, and this bag keeps our milk, eggs, butter, and such cool during the drive home without using a cooler. It seems sturdy and well made, and we're very happy with our purchase.
