Great cooler. Only thing I would have preferred is to have a handle rather than a shoulder strap. I have wide shoulders, so the strap doesn't really do it for me. Regardless, its a great cooler.

RTIC is great! We love all of their products. Only have had one issue with a half gallon water jug with the new cap. Reported the issue they sent another one within two days with the engraving on both sides free of no charge. The new half gallon water jug works great just like our other half gallon water jug and our 3 1 gallon water jugs. We also have their soft cooler which works great also.
