Love most of my rtic products but when I had to return an item I had to print a shipping label. You should just use a QR code like most companies do now to take to UPS or FedEx where they can just scan and print shipping label. I had to go to the library to use their printer so return process could be easier.

Great quality, colors, and feel with excellent zippers and insulation. I had customization and it turned out very, but fonts should be paid attention too, as it will different slightly when printed.

I had my mug engraved and it came out perfectly. It was shipped quickly inspite of the engraving. This would be a great gift for birthday or Christmas!!!

Customized these for a group event. It was super easy to upload artwork, and RTIC's customization turned out beautifully. Everyone LOVED them, they all commented on how great the exterior material felt - grippy yet smooth. Interior keeps things cold and fresh.
