I ordered the doin it big bundle on July 4th and it said it was supposed to deliver July 8th at the end of the day. I haven’t gotten it yet and when I go to see the tracking status it just says PENDING. There is no phone number I can call, I have emailed multiple times, and they took $315 from my account. I leave for school in a couple weeks and I’m getting nervous. Not a reliable site at all, pretty sure it’s a scam and they’re not going to give me a refund.

Doing it Big bundle
Ordered the Doing it Big bundle for my daughter's dorm room. Very pleased with the quality of all items. Placed order on a Sunday and was delivered on Thursday. Was also an easy way for my daughter and her roommate to pick matching comforters.

Missing goods!
My daughter received her package with many items missing. The package looks as if it was ransacked! We've tried emailing roomify. There is no customer service number to contact. No response. This is not a good way for a freshman to start off her year!

Order incomplete
We purchased a bundle and the mattress topper was not shipped. There was no packing slip and no information anywhere containing a contact number. I have emailed twice now with no response! When you pay for something, you should get it!

Ordered on April 8th. Still have not received my order. No tracking number or anything. Yes they took the amount out the day ordered. Gave them till April 25th to get me an answer or I will turn them over to my credit card company for fraudaulent business.

I ordered my bundle on February 20th and waited nearly three weeks but it never arrived nor did I receive a message from the company saying it would be delayed. I have tried to email them multiple times at the address provided on the site with no response. Then, I got a text saying that they canceled my order without any explanation which I definitely did not ask for. Do not order from this company if you expect customer service.

I ordered from here and still have not received my package after more than 2 weeks. Didn’t get any updates, even after sending multiple emails asking for updates. They took my money and didn’t give me my product!

I bought just the striped comforter plus 2 pillow shams and it came perfectly! I was reading through other reviews and I was worried it wouldn’t come or wouldn’t be right but it came in about a week and everything was there and it was great! Thanks roomify!

ordered almost two weeks ago, still hasn’t come
I ordered the desert rose duvet set almost two weeks ago and it still hasn’t come. I’ve been checking my email and it took over 48 hours to ship as well as the fact that i had to pay for shipping that said 1-5 days and i’m still waiting on it. Shipping has switched between fufilled and unfulfilled a couple times now and at this point I’m just irritated. Any link that should be customer service claims it’s down. Don’t know if I’m the only one having this issue.

I have been trying to get in contact with roomify for a week over an order that was placed and inform them the headboard was never shipped and I was charged for the item. I cannot seem to get any sort of response. Very disappointed and will be sure all of my daughters college friends are made aware to not order from this company. Such a shame to have great products at affordable prices with zero customer service.

I LOVED my first-year dorm bundle (I selected the medium bundle) last year, so when transitioning to an apartment for my second year (with a new, bigger bed) I decided to order through roomify again. After all, the bedding was comfortable, easy to wash, and seemed of fairly high quality... after having purchased a duvet cover bundle, I am certain I won't be ordering from here again. I only received one fitted sheet instead of two (as promised in the description), the sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases all feel cheaply made, and the list goes on... all of the bedding is incredibly hot and almost unbearable to sleep in. In several places, there is loose stitching, and the duvet cover doesn't even have ties to connect to my insert (which I had to order through Amazon, since they were sold out for MONTHS on here.) Also, the pillowcases that come with the duvet cover are too small to correctly fit a standard pillow. And have I mentioned how thin the sheets are? SO disappointed. And the return policies are so strict... why would I pay to ship everything back only to receive store credit (for more low-quality items) for things I'll probably be disappointed in? Do better, roomify.

Good luck with returns
I ordered a bedspread that ended up not working. There is no information on the site about what to do with returns, and there was nothing in the package either. I emailed the help address on a Friday, and it took them a full week to respond. By that time, I had shipped the package to the address that came on it in the first place and it had already arrived. When I asked when I should expect to see the refund, they told me that I would receive an email the next day. Never got an email. It's been five days and I have heard nothing back. I hate writing negative reviews but hopefully this will get someone's attention and I can get my money back.

The Good Life
We ordered the good life package. Everything was that was promised was included. The material used for the bedding was very soft and comfy. However the towels were washed before use and the seams came apart leaving this brand new towel looking frayed. The lamp stopped working after a week. Over all I’m pleased with package just maybe use some higher quality towels and electronics.
