If I could give ZERO stars, I would
We ordered a package. The next day, my daughter found out her room was changed and she'd have a double bed. She emailed Roomify to cancel the order. No reply. The package arrived. We didn't open it because we wanted to ensure we could return it. Several emails, online messages, and social media comments later and no one has contacted us. Now, it's beyond the return window. I'm ticked.

Missing Item
I purchased the Good Life bundle and, when it arrived, the box was practically falling apart because of how it was poorly taped. I thought it's okay as long as everything I purchased was in there; however, it was not. I am missing the Twin XL Mattress Topper and I have sent numerous emails to roomify and they have yet to reach me. There is no other way of contacting them because they have no phone number. Very poor service.

We placed an order on May 25, 2021, to provide ample time to ensure we received before her summer session, and to date we haven’t received any shipping information regarding our order. What company doesn’t have a customer service number to contact regarding any discrepancies. The only correspondence was received was about an item not being available on June 1st, and today is June 11th and still no update. I have emailed several times and no response. This isn’t the way to conduct business when you’re taking people’s money and not delivering on the goods.

I placed my other over 2 weeks ago , and have yet to receive any tracking number or updates about it . I leave for college NEXT WEEK!

Zero stars- Never received the items
I placed my order two weeks ago (4/26/21) and never heard back from Roomify once till my order was cancelled. My order status never changed from unfulfilled and I had email customer service a few times inquiring about the status of my daughter’s items. Then exactly two weeks later we received a text and email mentioning that they had cancelled my order. I haven’t heard from customer service about why the order was cancelled. I wondering if the company still exist?.?

When I try to contact them, there is no number, it only gives social media as an option for contact. I reached out though Facebook and received no response. I really feel this may be a scam and I will be calling my credit card company to dispute the charges due to no response

Surprised!!
After reading some of the reviews, I was not hopeful that my order would arrive with all of the pieces but it did! It took a couple of days longer than suggested, but it arrived and looks great. I did not end up moving to campus this semester, so I have been using it in my room and it has held up perfectly!! I thought the comforter might pill but I have washed it a couple of times and it keeps getting softer!! All in all, I would definitely buy one of these bundles again! Please bring out more colors!!

The reason why it's terrible because I purchased my order and it keep saying "I'm sorry, your order has been canceled. Please try again soon" I'm so frustrated right now, I can really use some peace.

Roomify is the Bomb!
I don't know what's up with the negative reviews but, our experience, Roomify rocks! We could not have gotten all of the high quality materials we received at the price we paid for the Doin' It Big bundle. Beyond that, our order arrived in 5 days (3 business days) so I'm over the moon that my freshman is all set and I saved a bundle over buying the items separately. Ignore the negative and order with confidence. You won't be disappointed based on our experience.

I ordered the "Doin it Big" bundle for my daughter thinking it would have everything she needed. A large amount of the items we were supposed to get are missing! It came without any of the extension cords, no towels, wash cloths, or hand towels, no hamper, and no closet organizer, and no silverware! And to make things worse trying to get some type of costomer service has been a nightmare!

Ordered June 12th still no product. Emailed support they told me to recontact Fed Ex. Fed Ex told me to contact them and this was in my original email. No phone number to reach a live person or recording. I usually check this and the BBB before I order and didn't. Filing a dispute with my bank.

Please send me missing items
I received my order (number 45891) and got the email that it has been delivered. However, I only received about half of the items that were supposed to be in the package. I got the starter pack but I am missing the comforter/sham (Grid style), the two pillows, one of the underbed storage, and all of the towels. Please correct this for me.

I ordered the "The Good Life" bundle on June 30th, but I'm missing over half of my items!! I contacted roomily for support 3 times, but I only got 1 response asking what I was missing. Once I told them everything I didn't receive, I never heard back. It's very frustrating!!

I thought it is a good shopping cite for college essentials but sadly I haven’t received my order yet. For a company that has reviews online they should be able to get ppl their stuffs as it claims. It’s really a disappointment.

What kind of website doesn’t have a phone number to contact them and nothing fucking happens when u click help. What kind of business are y’all running. You delivered my stuff with nothing but my email on it. Where tf was the address, how was it suppose to get to me Im going to need a refund. FedEx ended up sending the shit back to where it came from cause it had nothing but my email and State. When it got delivered back It was signed by AAmed so who ever tf AAmed is tell him to either bring my shit back or give me my damn refund It either y’all send my stuff back or y’all give me my refund!!
