I have contacted this company 2 times on the Contact Us page and have gotten no response. I need an update on my order, when it will ship etc. Possible cancellation at this point due to poor customer service. No one has contacted me back. Order number 47130.

Terrible service!
I have been waiting for my bundle box for nearly a month and have sent numerous emails and no one has responded about where my package is. I have moved into college already without my stuff and can’t even find a customer service number to call. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!

Poor customer service
I purchased a box for my daughter and it came with items missing (sheet set, mattress topper, dish set and a few other things). My box was opened and taped shut by FedEx upon arrival. All Roomify offered was a $21 refund for the mattress topper. No one has contacted me to try to clear this matter up. There is no working phone number to call or email with response. So I've spent over $200 with them only to have to go out and repurchase the items I already purchased. This place is a rip off and I'm ashamed to say I recommended them to several other parents.

Complete joke
Ordered Aug 2, 2021. Package never came, no shipping info, no response to multiple emails. PayPal sent them an email as well, no response. Waiting for PayPal to refund my money so we can purchase bedding for my daughter who has been in her dorm for 2 weeks now. Horrible customer service. Non existent. Never again.

They took my money out on the first day, it’s been over two weeks and my status is still unfulfilled, I move in Monday and I’ve tried contacting them multiple times and was never able to reach anyone. Pretty sure I just got scammed. Out 200 dollars. Don’t ever buy from here.

I have been waiting over a week for my dorm order to arrive - when it clearly says 3-5 days !!! have written emails and still no responses . very dissapointed with the customer service .

Let me tell the whole story so it ain't no "sh*t". I've had contacted them originally to see when they would have more colors of the Doin It Big Bundle(there was only one color that my son didn't want like a peach color). I tweeted and emailed. Till this day no response. Then I checked back another day and the Doin It Big was out of stock so I tweeted and emailed again asking when will the bundle be in stock. Till this day no response. So I ordered the Starter Bundle it sat in the status of unfulfilled so I contacted them again asking if they could tell me when it would ship cause my son leaves on the 19th. They sent me an email that stated and this is copied from the email "Roomify Logo You're about to get your sh*t together. Your order is on its way. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system." This was on the 5th. I've been checking with Fedex, and they haven't even received it yet. Y'our company need to send me my stuff and you will never have to worry about me again cause never again will I order from you. Your company is very unprofessional, and your have horrible customer service

I made sure to go through the box when it arrived since it was opened and taped close by FedEx. Then I immediately contacted you all. My daughter ordered a room bundle in the end of May, received a shipping notification on 6/10/21 and still hasn’t received her order but was charged for it! I checked the order tracking and all it says is label created. We’ve emailed customer support 2 times and haven’t heard back. I can’t find a phone number to call.
