The shipping was great and the product so far I am loving it

Not sure what to say. When eye makeup remover wasn’t available for my order, I had to call to find out what happened and they refunded my $ but didn’t offer the remover pads as an alternative. Then I ordered these after thinking they would work while I wait for liquid to be available. Haven’t heard whether liquid is available yet but ordered and we shall see what happens.

I really like the way R+F take a picture of your skin and are able to suggest the best regiment for you. In my case, it involved 2 lines that I would never have known to combine. The product came in a timely manner, as well.
