I have been a consultant for nearly 5 years now. It's very disappointing to see the formulations change. All changes made to favorite products have been for the worst. The micro dermabrasion paste, the soothe step one cleanser, the active hydration formula. Very disappointing.

Did not receive the product I ordered and there was not a packing slip to explain why you changed out my product.

The micro dermabrasion paste has changed. I had loved it! Now it doesn’t seem as concentrated as it was. I still like it ok but it was better before. I hope that my other products don’t change as well.
