10 days after ordering my product had not been delivered. I reached out and Rodan and fields quickly issued me a replacement with expedited shipping at no cost. Four days later, the original order came in. I called to let them know that I needed to send them the original order and they promptly, over the phone, e-mailed me a shipping label. Customer service is a 10 out of 10 for me.

What I was looking for was easy to find and bundled. The package was delivered timely.
