I love your products and like to order online. The first time I experience your new website I was NOT happy as I could not get into the product lines I was used to reaching. I called my sponser who told me how to login and reach the old website info and I became a happy camper again. I really like your products and didn't want to loose access to them.

My first time using the clay mask, I was in the shower and accidentally squirted half the tube into my hand! The company was kind enough to give me a replacement, which I really appreciate! There was no way for me to put the product back in the tube, sitting in the shower.
