It looks like some others have already mentioned that the customer service from Roc is outstanding. I sent an inquiry about my order by email and it was answered within 24 hours and the response exceeded my expectations. The paddle board I received was packaged and shipped very well, all of the pieces expected were included and everything was in working order. The quality of the products became very apparent during my first use. Even the pump is sturdy and well made. I highly recommend Roc to anyone looking to purchase an inflatable paddle board with accessories. This is a quality product with outstanding customer service.

Contacted Customer Support about helping me out with a board that’s handle ripped off not even being a year old. 8 emails with photos later they say they will send out a new board sounds great. Then the next day get another email asking me to purchase a utility knife and cut the board from fin to top and take a picture as this is better for the environment…so many issues here. One the board is absolutely repairable just send out a kit. Two asking someone with 5 kids and four dogs to purchase a knife and dissect a perfectly good board for the environment doesn’t sound safe and makes absolutely no sense for the environment. I don’t throw away a bike because it has a flat tire. This truly hurt my heart that this was the wisest and safest option for a repeat customer. You do not have my family’s best interest or safety in mind. Also what kind of lesson is that teaching the next generation good grief.

Received this product within just a couple of days so had a chance to take it out this weekend! I love that it is so easy to transport and very stable! I ordered the one with the convertible kayak seat which will make it great for long periods out on the water. Looking forward to lots more fun times on the lake this summer!

I received my paddleboard quickly - fulfillment and shipping was faster than expected. The paddle was slightly bent when I received it - it happens - and I reached out to customer service for a remedy. Another paddle was IMMEDIATELY shipped out customer service was a dream.

The end of my paddle came off and sunk up the bottom on the lake. I contacted customer service and Kelly is sending me a paddle and it's out of warranty!! Why wouldn't you buy from ROC?? I think I'm going to buy another one. .

I purchased my very first paddle board last week. I chose the ROC Explorer and was patiently waiting for it to arrive. I ordered it Saturday and received it Thursday so they were true to shipment times. I opened the board up and realized it was the wrong board. So I reached out to the company and not only did they have stellar response time they made it more than right and ateetring me keep the board I was sent and also sending me the one I originally purchased. You have earned a lifetime buyer ROC. Thank you for your brand and your team.

My aunt got me this paddle board for my birthday and I absolutely love it! It looks great, its easy to take care of and pack around. it comes with a nice paddle and so much more! highly recommend it! I also love that you can get a free seat with a review!

We purchased 2 ROC SUPs on Amazon last year, but had not had a chance to use them till last month. Inflated both SUPs, but we quickly realized that one was manufactured incorrectly, making the stabilizer fin unusable. We contacted ROC customer service by email, and got a response within 24 hours. With proof of purchase, and a picture of the defect, we received the replacement board within days. Simple, courteous and stress- free! Now just loving the boards, and happy to give a good review for this excellent customer service experience!

ROC paddleboards are top quality! They are gorgeous and are equipped with the best accessories. The handles, the fins, the bungees…all top notch! The customer service team is the best around.
