We needed new side rails for an antique bed frame. These worked perfectly, and slid right into the slots with no problems. They also shipped very quickly, and we’re here within a week from ordering!

I was in need of metal rails to go with my antique head and foot boards that didn’t come with them. They fit perfectly, and are a smooth metal no jagged edges. Shipping was free and fast! For such a large item it arrived within 3 days of purchase. Would recommend and buy again!

Only slight confusion was that it said that the bed would ship in one business day which should probably not be there for items that are shipping via freight. Experience, checkout and shipping speed were excellent. Great bed height with new risers for our exterior bed frame. Stock 12” was too tall. Only recommendation I have is for their to be a notification when parts are available or in stock. An availability date range would also be good posted next to the product and description. I was told the 6.5” bed risers/legs wouldn’t be in until July but I checked mid June and they were in stock.

I had initially ordered two boxes of 6.5” bed posts but only received one. But with one phone call to customer service my other box arrived about four days later. All is well and my wife is happy with a lower bed.

I am not impressed with that it is expensive and the headboard is so flimsy. I am still thinking in returning it, but I am willing to try it for a few more days.

This is my second Rize adjustable bed. I also purchased the ten year warranty. As a consequence, it was a good thing I did! My remote control quit working and the remote was discontinued. So Jerome’s Furniture ordered a compatible (1) remote control, and (1) remote control box. Finally after waiting months for the replacement parts, Jerome’s Furniture stepped in and gave me a credit for my first Rize adjustable bed and Jerome’s made the whole process easy . I looked online and then went to showroom and Jerome’s sales rep was waiting for me when I arrived .

I needed a new remote for my bed. I ordered and paid for it in November of 2020. I was told it would ship in December..... nothing.... called again and told April..... nothing ..... called again and told it just went out...... not received until May 5. An adjustable bed that you can’t adjust for 6 months is not good.

I did get to talk to a very nice sales associate named Matt, he was as helpful as could be. Shipment got delayed several times, originally placed order in Oct 2020 didn’t receive u til April 2021. When I received the remote I ordered it did not come with any manual or instructions. I am still having trouble with the remote one thing that comes to mind is that the lights under the bed will sometimes shut off fine but other times only one side will shut off at a time which makes the opposite side turn on. It is super frustrating. Over all great employees just not impressed with no materials for set up included and I may or may not have a faulty remote!? It could be that I set it up wrong because I did not have the manual. I did look on the website fir the remote that was sent to me and I can not find it anywhere let alone a manual for it.

this adjustable bed works great for my disabled husband. the only thing I had a problem with is the legs did not adjust down further (bed to high for us) and I had to buy new legs. They only came in set of 4 so had to buy 2 sets as this model has 6 legs. It is a good product.

We are new to adjustable beds so still getting use to it. I didn't realize that it would move so much. Every time my husband rolls over the whole bed shakes. I also don't feel the massage feature as much as I had hoped. My headboard doesn't fit the way it did on the old bed frame ....so I am undecided if I would recommend to anyone at this point.

The service department was very good at handling my complaint . the shipping department they used to ship my rails damaged them and i took pictures of the damaged they sent me new ones.
