I have a 100 year old full size bed and wanted to use my queen mattress. The headboard is 5 feet tall, it is sold wood, and very heavy. This conversion frame worked perfectly, turning my bed into a queen size! The frame is strong and supports the head and footboard nicely. I love it!

We ordered the the beautifully simple, wood rake style headboard, along with the folding platform base and platform base headboard brackets. It arrived within two days, perhaps one. I am so pleased that I don’t recall. The important things are these: The folks at Rize really do respond with answers to questions about what you will need for your set up. The products assemble and set up easily with written and visual instructions readily available. The headboard, platform base and headboard brackets really do support a substantial queen mattress without difficulty, as promised. Great products. Great value. Just right for our purpose.
