This was my first time with a diet and lifting coach. I appreciated the in-depth answers to my questions that helped me figure out how to coach myself a bit more going forward. As someone who’s 50 years old, I wasn’t sure how much progress I could make, but ended up pretty lean with no muscle loss (based on Dexa scans). I’m now hoping to add muscle while still having a relatively low body fat percentage. James has been great in helping me make progress!
