RP consistently nails it on content and the educational value of their videos. Both the Hypertrophy/Strengh App is great and the Diet app makes staying in shape much easier! The apparel is fantastic and I have yet to find anything RP does to be disappointing!

I have purchace two apps. RP strength and diet app. Both conjoined is doing wonders for me videos to demonstrate on how to set up once I set up it keeps me accountable for my fat loss diet can't wait to see more results

The packaging was pretty poor, t-shirt arrived in a ball and was very creased and not in the best condition. The material feels pretty cheap.
