Jen is amazing! Helps me stay on course for all my competitions!

RP has helping me with consistency and I am seeing great results!

Started using the algorithms a decade ago. Bought the books a few years back. Been loosing fat and gaining muscle at a steady pace since.

RP has been a game-changer for my consistency. The site makes it easy to find what you need, and the guidance is practical, structured, and realistic to follow long-term. It’s helped me stay accountable, make progress, and feel confident I’m doing things the right way without overcomplicating it.

Customer service was very good and handling my order. I had questions about the RPI trophy app and Di Coach app and they were always very informative and quick to respond. I had a great experience!

Excellent Service

I am losing body fat and gaining muscle to a level I personally didn’t think possible. Plus, he is helping me with any good and dumb questions I have. George Clooney and Nespresso would say: What else?

Christy is doing an excellent work. I am signing for 3 more months

Love everything you folks do

Shipped to Canada. Quicker than expected.

Great

Working with Derek has redefined my training style and approach in dramatic ways, in what has been a very short period of time. Since starting our coaching in September, my body feels much better, and my consistency at the gym is at nearly perfect adherence, exactly the things that will really move the needle on the long term scale. Excited about what is ahead!

Love RP!

Programming thoughtfully, controlling the wave of my mesocycles, fantastic responsiveness- Coach Trevor is always engaged!
