I have purchace two apps. RP strength and diet app. Both conjoined is doing wonders for me videos to demonstrate on how to set up once I set up it keeps me accountable for my fat loss diet can't wait to see more results
The packaging was pretty poor, t-shirt arrived in a ball and was very creased and not in the best condition. The material feels pretty cheap.
If I asked for a better purchasing experience I would be thrown in the category of spoiled American. Easy and timely.

I am close to completing my three-month hypertrophy and diet phase under the guidance of Dr. Nick Harden, and I can confidently say the experience has been outstanding — so much so that I’ve chosen to continue working with Nick through the next phase (maintenance) and beyond. About two months in, I had strangers in the gym commenting on my weight loss; a clear sign that the program was working, even if progress felt subtle day-to-day.
