We had to return the snowsuit and receive a smaller size. The return process was easy to follow but took a while before I received my replacement (this was over the Christmas period). The support staff was great and followed up until my replacement snowsuit was received. I worked with some named "Von" who was excellent. Thanks

Our suit arrived with a giant slice in the front of it. I ripped the bag open and was certain I didn’t cut it myself. The exchange was so easy and the replacement came rather quickly. Would order from Reima again for sure.
