I ordered rain suits and boots for my twins and had a mixed experience overall, so I wanted to share in detail for other parents considering this brand. First, there are definitely some positives. The rain suits are very cute with nice colour options and reflective details, which I appreciate for safety. The pants are especially well designed—the side snaps make them easier to get on and off, and the elastic at the bottom helps keep them securely over boots, which was a big selling point for me. The sizing seems like it will allow some room to grow, which is helpful when buying for kids. The boots also have a thoughtful design. I like that they are flat and include a groove that helps keep rain pant elastics in place. The colours are lovely, and they feel quite durable. However, I did find the boots shorter than expected based on the photos online, so they’re not ideal for deeper puddle play. The material is also a bit stiff, and the sizing ran small—I followed the size guide but still had to exchange for a larger size. Unfortunately, the customer service experience made things more difficult than expected. I initially reached out to ask if there were any options for twin families, as purchasing two of everything adds up quickly. While I completely understand that not all companies offer discounts, I appreciated their polite response. However, shortly after placing my order, a 25% off promotion began. Since I hadn’t even received my items yet, I asked if the discount could be applied, but it was declined. I then considered returning and reordering, but responses to my questions about the return process took longer than expected. By the time I had the information I needed, the sale had ended, which was frustrating. I also wasn’t aware that exchanges would not be processed until the original items were received, which led to a gap where we couldn’t use the items at all.
