Mittens are great. They are easy to put on and keep hands warm all day.

We had to return the snowsuit and receive a smaller size. The return process was easy to follow but took a while before I received my replacement (this was over the Christmas period). The support staff was great and followed up until my replacement snowsuit was received. I worked with some named "Von" who was excellent. Thanks
