This paper is extra strong and thick, so it does not rip when you are using it. And on top of that, it is good for the environment.

This toilet paper checks all the boxes—it’s soft without falling apart, strong enough to do the job, and the rolls last a good while. No shredding, no irritation, and definitely no surprises. You can tell it’s a step up in quality compared to bargain brands. It might cost a little more, but honestly, comfort and reliability in this department are worth every penny.

I used Reel Bamboo during the pandemic and when my stash was (finally) finished I tried a couple of local recycled brands but none compare to the quality of Reel. In my opinion, "r" is the best! :-)

The service experience was great! I forgot my coupon code and sent an email to report that along with the code. They couldn't add the code, but did give me a discount in its place. The response was also very fast.

Great facial tissues. I am very impressed with them. Now, if you could only do something about your paper towels I would be very happy. I had to purchase others during the time you were back ordered and forgot how well my old brand worked in comparison to your Bamboo.

My only complaint is not about the TP itself, but the shipping method used to ship it! I was not made aware that Reel was using Amazon Shipping. For those who are aware, it's in our best interest to not support Amazon during these times. I understand if this was the only way for Reel to ship my order, but I wish I was made aware before I placed an order. Maybe that explains why it took more than a week to process my order, and then an extra 2 WEEKS for my order to arrive! And before you say it; yes, I AM aware that Reel TP is sold (and priced cheaper!) at Target, but I do not support Target for the same reason as to why I don't support Amazon. I want to make sure my money goes directly to Black-owned businesses instead of these large corporations that don't care about Black lives. So, I don't mind buying directly from Reel even it's more expensive. I hope in the near future Reel will consider other shipping methods that are more reliable and benefit their business.

Shipping took a while - had to reach out to customer service and they got it sorted right away.

I had to check in on my order and because they had no 48 packs they sent me two 24 packs.

We have been very happy with it all.

I like that this toilet paper is sturdy but hasn’t compromised softness. It’s not soft like Charmin but it’s not rough like Scott. It’s a nice in between and it gets the job done. I only wish the rolls were bigger.
