I’ve been trying for years to find a responsible brand that wouldn’t make me secretly want to switch back to traditional paper towels and toilet paper. Reel is excellent quality. The toilet paper is soft, the paper towels absorbent and sturdy. Not going back as long as these are made.

Strong and sustainable. But while I don't like the super-gooshy tissues out there, I hoped that these might be 25% softer than they are.

I know Reel might not be the softest toilet paper, but it's not rough, and it is very absorbent, which is great. And the customer service is second to none too, with very quick responses to any questions or concerns you might have.
