WOW. I am reading some of these reviews. It seems like many buy without reading. I bought a queen basic sheet set in white. I've washed them (as per instructions), used vinegar in the rinse cycle, dried in low and love the sheets. They are slightly deeper than my mattress, but that was expected because I read what Redland states about the sheets. I also didn't buy them expecting them to be like the other, silky-smooth sheets I've had for years. I wanted the sheets I used to have, and that's exactly what I received. No chemical smell, strange wrinkles, bad fit or rough feel. They are great. I'm no wealthy, throw my money around without care, person. I do work hard for my money, but felt it worth the price to get something that will last me a long time and remind me of quality that isn't everyday. Now that I have them and really like them, I'll get a set for my mom. I'm sure she'll love them and remember what she used to have. They are great! Thanks

Nice job with your bath towels and sheets. I’d like to pick up a quilt. When might you have some more “masculine” colors? How about a pin stripe blue, Solid blue or something the dark green range?

Honestly, our first order was disappointing. The quality and feel were not what we hoped for and we assumed we’d just picked a poor product from a company we’d never before used. Customer service reached out immediately, explained they’d had a problem with a machine they’d subsequently replaced, and replaced the sheet set right away. Again, in the spirit of full disclosure, it took a while for the new set to arrive. That happens with small batch handcrafted products. New set arrived and they were all we’d originally hoped for! High quality, soft, breathable! We are happy customers for life!

I was extremely happy to stumble upon Red Land Cotton! I could not be more pleased with the quality that I received. Before receiving the product, I called customer service for an update on when I could expect delivery (I was a little excited so I couldn’t wait to get my blanket, sheets, and pillow cases!) and when I spoke with customer service- they were amazing! There wasn’t an extremely long hold time, or bland conversation. I felt appreciated as a customers and valued. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was a bother at all. I really could not be happier with my experience from beginning to end! AND everything washes so well and is exactly what I was searching for. I can’t wait to order another set.

This sheets are great. Just bought my second set. You can really feel the difference when compared to other sheets. I would love to see the king size set offered with a choice of king or queen pillow cases. I don’t know anyone who sleeps on a king size pillow. I know I don’t and I have to alter my king size pillow cases.

I recently ordered these sheets and I’m honestly impressed. The quality is outstanding — soft, breathable, and they feel luxurious right out of the package. They wash beautifully and still look and feel brand new after a couple of washes. The fit is perfect and they stay in place all night. What really stood out, though, was the service. From ordering to delivery, everything was smooth and professional. Communication was clear, shipping was fast, and any questions I had were answered quickly and helpfully. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that actually cares about the customer experience. Highly recommend — great product and even better service. So great I ordered another set of sheets.

We discovered Redland Cotton several years ago and will never buy sheets anywhere else! They feel so good and last forever.

Love the printed tea towels, but plain white would be awesome too. Cotton tea towels are necessary in a kitchen or bar.

The idea of your company is exciting to me! American made cotton products, I LOVE THAT! I have bought so many full bedding sets and have thoroughly enjoyed almost all of it. A few small thoughts to improve things: make it easier to use the points I have earned by buying so many things. I have lost the ability to use my points because hardly anything I would use it for is in stock or just not able to use it in the ones I would buy. Not good business practices to offer points you can't use. Also, the super cute patterns sell out so fast that I can't even get an opportunity to buy it, you say that those who are highly ranked due to purchasing history get notified first BUT, I have not been notified. Also, its complicated to get signed in, almost like Fort Knocks! Lol! I ended up with multiple sign ins, which is awful! Anyway, PLEASE keep working on things because I know it will be amazing when you work out all the issues. I still love the concept of your company and pray you can get the details smoothed out.
