Everything is spot on, ordering, delivery and the products!

Producta are really truly great, we will never use another brand of bedding, however their Customer Service could use a boost more like the excellence shown as in the products they sell.

I just got my new Redland Cotton sheets and extra set of pillowcases. Ordering was easy and they were shipped fast. They just arrived and look beautiful. Unfortunately, I can't try them on the bed and wash them as I am leaving town tomorrow and simply don't have time. I'm sure they will be fine. Everything else has been perfect, what could go wrong? Thanks RJC, I love your sheets.

Helpful

I had some problems…received the wrong color. I received white pillowcases and cream duvets. The adjustment was made easily . . it took about a week and a half to receive my duvets…But I finally got everything I ordered. Wash the duvets as recommended and they are now on my bed. They are not as soft as I thought they would be but they are a nice weight, crisp and comfortable. I believe in time they will soften up. . Thank you

So happy with the purchase of the basic sheet sets. The quality of the sheet set is excellent ! I was looking for real cotton, made in the USA. My favorite part about them is the crisp coolness which reminds me of my Grandmother’s house as a child. So tired of imported synthetics . I so appreciate the generous overhang of the flat sheet on the sides and the fitted sheet fits well over my deep pocket mattress. Thank you for superb product…. you can bet I’ll be a returning customer!

Excellent customer service

I’ve been a customer for 6 years now, and never once has Red Land let me down. It’s quality made material, for a fair price, which is harder and harder to find in today’s market. If you want something that’s heritage quality, come here.

I love my sheets. They are very generously sized and very comfortable. The towels are so soft and absorbent, I love them!

Wonderful sheets and quick shipping.

Would not buy any other sheets !

These sheets and pillows cases are great quality that will last for years and very comfortable and everyone loves the stripes.

Service was great and delivery fast

Sheet set arrived very quickly and I absolutely love them!

Appreciate natural quality of sheets, but especially pillowcases were way too wrinkled after washing and drying, using wool dryer balls. My guess is they filter out less than positive reviews. I will be checking to see if my review shows up on their site. If I could return the sheets, I would.

We have had our Red Land Cotton Sheets for a couple of months now and are pleased with them! I was concerned my husband might not like the feel, but after we started with a pillow case set (the Williamsburg Collection), we then moved forward with the sheets and my husband likes them! They have a crisp, cool feel. When you wash them, it's kind of fun that the lint (not an undue amount) feels like, well, cotton (not synthetic materials)! Thank you, Red Land Cotton, for making sheets in the USA of USA materials!

When I first got your sheets, I was disappointed because they were so, for the lack of a better word, stiff. Well I gave them a wash, and they were still stiff so I added some baking soda to soften them. Still a little too stiff. Well, I didn't give up, a couple more runs through the wash and then I dried them. I just put them on the bed and I love them. Just the right crispness. That's when you know they're quality!

I love the new king size sheet set. The top sheet is much wider than the old top sheet. I have 2 king sets 1 plain and onedark striped that barely reach the mattress bottom so I am thrilled with the new width

We live overseas with an APO address. Shipping typically takes a while, however, it was easy to follow my order. It was shipped out quickly and it arrived in a strong bag with no tears or defects from the journey. I appreciate the customer care.

I have ordered several sets of sheets from Redland Cotton and I know I can always count on consistent quality. Their sheets are durable, well made, and comfortable. I highly recommend their products and service. I also really like purchasing from a local family business.
