My son-in-law loves his DualFire 1200 and said I should get one. I live in a wooded area with very few homes and previously had a propane bbq that the rats moved into. Does anyone have a problem with rats becoming residents in their unit?

I liked the packaging, easy to remove from the box and easy to dispose of in my recycle bin. I struggled a bit trying to put the unit together and but once I saw the video about three times I got it.

I called RecTeq customer service when my Bullseye had issues igniting before a cook. Ashton Binns was our CSR/savior that night, as he walked me through all the tests and eventually we got the smoke rolling again! Thank you so much for your help Ashton!
