The service was great, fast and friendly answers to my email questions. I would like to see an addition to their web site with a video library of how to videos. Like an introduction to owning Dolls for first time buyers. Covering cleaning and maintenance using their products. Clothing sizes and care to prevent stains on TPE. With a question and answer page instead of having to hunt the Internet for it.

Aside from FedEx losing my doll, requiring a month long delay while it was remade everything else was great. Communication during the delay was great and when I did finally receive her the packaging was solid and nothing was damaged. Doll came exactly as ordered and looks amazing. This was my second doll order from you and will probably buy a third eventually.

Production time for my order was around 7 weeks, which was longer than expected. However, shipping time was only around 5 days, which was much quicker than expected!

I recently purchased a set of replacement eyelashes, but found that it only included the top eyelash for each eye. So I ordered another pair and let customer service know what was happening, and they sent me replacements for the lower eyelashes. Good quality and good customer service, but they could include instructions for the lashes.

This company is great. They were patient in answering all of my questions. I am blind and use a screen reader to access the web and their website is totally accessible. I do wish the wigs and some of the other products had a little more word descriptions of the pictures. I had to get my wife to look at the pictures and also the qc photos and describe them to me but that really isn't an issue. I will definitely be back for more in years to come thank you.

Let me start by saying the shipping was a bad experience because it was sent to another address due to the label being slapped onto another order that was supposed to go out the same day.
