Site, you buy instock and get within a week yes great, but there was no talking and no person helping. I see no chat or contacts to talk to on the site. Never mind found it = order messages. Nice site clear options choices . I bought the ZELEX torso K with arms. She is came looking great did had some damage on some fingers, bent up. My first Zelex doll did not know that the hip is solid maybe its foam inside wish it said that before buying . Do they all have hard hips? Well the doll is strong and the colors have not faded ,better than my tpe doll right now

WM Bimbo and still to this day I give the company and product 5* I had questions and worries about my order and the team was on hand to reassure me with every step of the way. I've bought 2 dolls from RLSD and I am VERY happy with both the dolls and RLSD. When I bought my first doll, I was nervous because of all the scams you read about. I reached out to RLSD and Rod explained the entire process, putting me at ease. When the doll's head was taking longer to arrive than expected, Rod found out where it was, what was going on (it was delayed in Customs due to the 4th of July weekend), and gave me an idea when it would arrive. Which it did. I felt so good about my first doll's purchase that I decided to order a second doll. This one arrived extremely quickly, but had a problem with one of the feet/leg due how it was handled during shipping. I reached out to RLSD/Rod, and he worked with Zelex to get me a replacement body ASAP. RLSD and Rod have also been very helpful with any question I had. They even reached out to Zelex to get a videos and pictures to help me. The dolls are beautiful, high quality, and look even better in person! RLSD has been very easy to work with. They have been responsive to all my questions and their communication has been excellent. I will be my first choice for any future purchases.
