Like an introduction to owning Dolls for first time buyers. Covering cleaning and maintenance using their products. Clothing sizes and care to prevent stains on TPE. Aside from FedEx losing my doll, requiring a month long delay while it was remade everything else was great. Communication during the delay was great and when I did finally receive her the packaging was solid and nothing was damaged. Doll came exactly as ordered and looks amazing.
