i had difficulty navigating your website to place my order. I did NOT like that. Also, I wasn't impressed with your prices since I had ordered 3 pairs of the SAME readers about 3 years ago and remembered that I had paid about $10/pair for them. think shipping should be FREE at current pricing. I'll be shopping other sources next time.

Great glasses, arrived super fast

Trying to keep my cool on these glasses ! I order 3 pair of #5013525-275. COM an only 1 pair fit an the other 2 was warped very badly so when I can get the money in the bank I will try to send them back . And the sun glasses #5013525-275. COM will not fit into the case I order . So i am not very happy with this order an thats my bad . Don't know if I want to send them back or go some where else to make a order , the frist time I order I didn't have any problems . still thinking on what to do . Bjowers

For some bizarre reason their glasses now are all limited to 3. 50 power or lower. Weird!

Ordered two frames and despite being labeled “narrow” they were too wide for my face. They have a complicated return system that requires filling out forms with order numbers, item numbers, etc and I have yet to hear back from the company so I can return the glasses and receive a refund.

I needed to exchange some reader glasses and was completely ignored in every communication tried. I will not buy from them again. They will not help you resolve issues.
