For some bizarre reason their glasses now are all limited to 3. 50 power or lower. Weird!

Ordered two frames and despite being labeled “narrow” they were too wide for my face. They have a complicated return system that requires filling out forms with order numbers, item numbers, etc and I have yet to hear back from the company so I can return the glasses and receive a refund.

I needed to exchange some reader glasses and was completely ignored in every communication tried. I will not buy from them again. They will not help you resolve issues.

Just what I wanted

Order two pair. First pair the left lens popped out the first day and it was lost for good. CS sent a replacment, which was great. I used the second pair and the left lens pooped out as well, but zi was able to recover it. I realize these are "value priced" readers and I don't expect them to last forever, but to have the lenses pop out of two pair the first time I used them seems to indicate an obvious quality control issue. I've bought from Readers for years but will be hesitant next time I need to grab a couple of pair for my car and casual use.

I live in a smaller area where it is hard to find many items. Online shopping solves most of the problem so I was thrilled to see the selection of items you offer. The deliver time was very fast also I commend your business and service.

Shipping ok. However, it is difficult to know how well a particular set of readers will work for an individual.

Almost 2 weeks not delivery yet.
