When I called in my order your staff added an additional pair of glasses that I did NOT order and therefore charged me for an additional pair I did not request. Not happy about that.

I was a little disappointed in the color of the lenses, I thought they were gonna be a little lighter and a little more towards the blue shade. However, otherwise, I like them.

Be sure and remind people they are smaller than the average

The representatives are polite and trying their best but I ordered glasses and was told the the brand name and also the colors of rims and arms of glasses were not available. Both reps told me they did not have that shade. Yet when package arrived I got what I had been asking for the whole time. Perhaps they are color blind.
