I ordered bifocals and received the wrong glasses. How do I return?

The glasses were delivered timely, and the strength of the lenses works great for my husband. The only thing that he would improve if he could because he has a rather large head is to provide a way to slightly extend the side pieces that go behind the ears as they are a bit short for him.

I am rating this item low because of the issues with the return. The product is fine except it is too tight on my head. I am trying to return the product and it has been exceptionally difficult. I have been given 3 different e-mail addresses & links for the return & none of them work. I don't know that I would order from this company again. I have never had this problem with my past orders.
