The coupon included with my purchase was already expired. So I had a worthless coupon. What’s the point?

I love this website. It’s very easy to navigate and the filters are exactly what I need to determine a perfect fit. I have never had to return anything, so I cannot speak to their customer service. In my experience this is great company and the only place I will buy reading glasses.

Just what the non-doctor ordered (ha). Stylish and "full polarized reader-lens" (in my case +1. 50) instead of that pesky bi-focal "thing" which I just could never get used to. In theory, bi-focal should be helpful but if you really want to read you need the full lens. Good show.

The lenses were two different strengths. I have emailed to return them, but have never heard back.

I was disappointed in shipping, It was to be free shipping if purchase amount reached a point so I add one more as I can always use a reader a times. I didn't have a way to contact them to discuss I paid the additional $6. 99 and taxes. but will not order in future as this has happened before. Lesson learned

I have twice been lured into ordering by a promo either 2 for one or free shipping and when I went to finalize the order the promo didn’t apply. Made me very angry

Your website was difficult to navigate for me, resulting in my ordering glasses that weren’t my first preference.

Didn’t have to do anything except order my glasses and wait for them to arrive. Got them in a few days. Will order from Reader’s. com again.
