Seemingly disfunctional
First, I waited three weeks for the order, which didn’t arrive. When I contacted Raw Sugar, they said the order had been damaged in transit, yet they never reached out to me about it. They suggested they replace or refund the shipment and I requested it be replaced. When the replacement order arrived, it was missing one of my items. Further, there was zero packing material for 6 items, which were just knocking around in a box… no wonder the first order was damaged in transit. I contacted them about the missing item two days ago, and have yet to hear back. Today marks one month since my initial order.

This soap smells so fresh and clean and it arrived quickly. I can’t find this product in stores but because I ordered so many the shipping was free!

Want to get some more info and actually talk to someone rather than type out messages
The products are great, the service is very good and I need to find some time to call you to put the order on hold as we have far too many bars of soap at the time. We also would like to get a list of brick and mortar stores that actually carry your products so we might be able to pick up the soap rather than have them shipped and pay for that service for one or two bars. please call or respond via email
