My 4⭐️ is for shipping only. The last order had to be refunded because the caps opened and product spilled all inside the box. This order, the caps were loose on 2 bottles and some product leaked but not enough to worry with contacting customer service. We love the shampoo, conditioner, & deep conditioner. I give 5 stars for them. I wish I could buy in a local store to bypass the shipping.

I love Raw Sugar products, and I am delighted I can buy them from the company. The lip balm is my favorite ever, and the biotin hair conditioner does wonders for my hair. The body wash is so good; appreciate the travel size bottles to take on trips.
