Sold my Rad. It was too heavy.

A little disappointed. Bike makes a lot of noise, constantly squeaking, which takes away from the experience. Range is less than expected. Seat post clamp fails frequently, so we end up on the side of the road fixing it. Components are otherwise solid. If I were to go back I would probably buy a different bike, but this one is OK.

Its a sweet strong quiet ride. I love it! I'm 72 and no longer own a car. I live in very bike friendly Berkeley CA. I no longer have to ask for a ride to any store and can stock up and carry large quantities of groceries. On top of all that, it handles the hills around here hella easily! Also last but not least, its just a blast to cruise. One more thing,Thank you to the pros at rad power in Berkeley. Good intelligent folks.

Folding bike is great. Service for bike not as easy as was sold. Sadly, having battery issues just 2 years after purchase

Rad wagon included front light extender and different mount for the light so it can fit perfectly at the front of the rack. This is completely worth it to get this from Rad Wagon.

Please understand that I tend to be very conservative with my star reviews other than that I am positively happy with my purchase.

Love my bike. I wouldn't trade it for nothing. I enjoys my rides. Everyone should get one.

Shipping was quick & easy

This is an extremely bright light. So bright, in fact, that it seems to anger other cyclists and pedestrians I encounter, who I've found are often left mumbling under their breath at me. I would recommend this for dark rural roads, but it's overkill for city streets and paths. Would be great if you could adjust the brightness for different conditions. Also, the screw that holds it upright doesn't seem to tighten enough and the very top-heavy headlight ends up tipping straight down and pointing at the ground during my rides. I had to reinforce it with wire in order for it to stay upright, which is kind of a bummer for a new light.

Just a couple of months after signing up for the Rad Care service I needed a tire fixed. Without the service I would have had to wait weeks. Because I had the service they fixed my tire right then and there. And I got a discount on the service charge.

This bag is useful generally, but in the case of the Radwagon 4 it sits awkwardly askew because the screen is in the way. Also, it fits a 12 oz can snuggly but also is deep such that the can sinks in and is not easy to pick back out
