Can't believe I waited this long to get a Rad! Great bike, love riding it!

I love this bike. From the more upright stance that is way more comfortable than hunching over on a normal bike, to the larger motor that makes hills a breeze. Everything about this bike is great.

$200+ to hold a battery it doesn’t come with and has a couple wires is wild. Then the battery still costs $600

All the accessories are too complicated to install. Also, you slashed the price by 50% so I feel like I have been billed for $1300 when it would have been almost free w my state rebates. Basically you robbed me of $1300

Delivered as promised, I assembled it myself, but I've been doing my own bike maintenance for decades. Second one ordered new, so that speaks well of Rad. The Radwagon that was stolen had a minor issue when we got it, and they sent out a van to fix the issue. Really great service and product.

the Rad store in Denver was so helpful, so much so that a week after I brought my bike home I had two other friends go there to buy themselves bikes.

I bought this seat for my 10year old who outgrew his Monkey Bars seat. It fits him nicely. I am hoping to get 1-2 years out of it before having to purchase another bike. I wish the latch was designed in more of a quick release fashion versus having to screw it on and off. Great upgrade from kids just holding on for dear life.

didn't fit, getting refund not even worth it cuz they want a restock fee that is nearly 1/2 the cost.
