Rad Runner Bikes was quick and speedy service, but the delivery was less than great. The box arrived upside down despite clear labelling and had large holes in it. Must have been a rough ride on not-so-far journey to the Fraser Valley. Heads up to the company so they can give feedback to the delivery service.

My bike sucks, auto gearing is bad, the seats are uncomfortable, bike has no shocks. Fat tires are hard to pedal when not in assist mode.

Ordered online and arrived a few days later. Extremely easy to set up.
