I returned a bike seat that didn't even fit my bike. THEN, I charged a $30 "restocking charge on a seat that a little over $100! Unfair, unprofessional, unjust and I won't be back.

Buy it in the US, and bring it to Canada. That way you can use Class 3 and go 15 km/h faster. Also, the DOWNSIDE about RAD bikes, is that you can NOT cycle hands-free, due to the heavy rear hub. The handle bars go crazy and make you crash. I have had several bad accidents due to this. Otherwise the bike is good.

Good for what I purchased it for. Short rides over pasture/gravel areas. Quite uncomfortable for longer rides due to lack of shocks and very uncomfortable seat. I have upgraded the seat to a wider seat but am still unhappy and uncomfortable.

Bought and paid for, said it was in stock on website, apparently was back ordered. Not cool.

We haven’t used the gift card yet, as we are waiting to order a helmet when they are back in stock

Great bike! Wish we’d gotten one sooner. This is our “car” in the city—we don’t own one. ,We can tow kids along with ease for longer distances and even use it—one drives and the other is a passenger—for our date nights!
