Please acknowledge your battery issue and help out your existing customers. We shouldn’t have to harass and leave bad reviews.

So far so good. I have almost 10. 000 km on my Rad City 5 without any big issues. Regular maintenance, keeping bike and it's battery from dirty and water is way to use your bike whenever you need it.

I had an issue getting the bike to me but eventually it was resolved.

RAD should have offered the safe shield batteries to replace the defective design of the original batteries.

I got no problem with rad they did good with me and helping me with warranty

Little things like a replacement headlight should just be a warranty item .
