My 14 year old down sleeping bag which is much loved and used had never been laundered. It was returned to me within a week and now looks better than when I first baught it. The down has been given a new lease of life and the (light blue) bag is so clean [I hadnt expected the stains to be removed, thought they'd become a permanent feature of the bag] After posting of the sleeping bag I had began to wonder if I could have achieved the same results myself at the laundrette. Definitely not. So pleased I used this service and will definitely use it again (only a bit sooner this time).

I purchased the men's Sonic LS Zip in light khaki and the men's Force LS Zip in olive. Upon recieving both I immediatly put them into the washing machine and air dryed them. The Force LS Zip had pilling on the sleeve and pack panel from just washing it. The Sonic was unnafected and remains immaculate after multiple washes and even a tumble down a mountain with it on. Overall I am incredibly happy with my purchases as I use them for both flying helicopters to protect my skin and keep me cool from the magnified sun through the windscreen as well as my mountain and mountain/hunting adventures.

Great jacket- the company sent me a second one at no cost to me when my first one got stolen by a porch pirate one week before my annual Week-long Wilderness backpacking trip, which this year was with 7 friends to the Beartooth Wilderness in Montana. We got rained on, sleeted on, and hailed on but the jacket kept me super warm! The photos here are of our group on night 6 re-hashing the events of the trip.

Absolutely love the hoodie. So light you hardly feel that you're actually wearing it. Using it as a top layer for the cooler summer nights which adds just the right amount of extra warmth. Also intend to use it as a mid-layer when I go to the Swiss alps in September. Service and delivery from Rab top notch as per usual.

Well organized - and very helpful categories, and filters for narrowing down purchases. I very much appreciate some of the labels, on products in particular the “durable” label. I’m on search and rescue and we rarely get to choose where we are going or where our feet are placed and so knowing that a particular item is durable in comparison to another’s lightweight helps me make a good choice.
