En plus vous facturer cinq euros c’est pas pour la somme c’est pour le principe. Lorsqu’on commande chez vous, il ne faut pas se tromper de taille. Mais ça reste un détail étant donné que vos produits sont de bonne qualité.

The repair was also completed well within the estimated timeframe, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to use Rab’s repair service again or recommend it to others looking to extend the life of their gear.

The RAB service was for my goose down RAB sleeping bag was super quick and the bag came back looking like new!

The Nebitron Pro is my first ever Rab purchase. I can't believe that I slept on Rab for this long! I took it with me to northern Minnesota in deep winter and it never disappointed. It's so warm and comfortable, yet I never overheated for walks with the dog. It's a regular fit, so it layers well! Only have a few complaints. It arrived in tissue-thin plastic packaging, so I was nervous about tears or punctures. I appreciate less packaging, but it didn't give me peace of mind. Second, the zipper sticks at the bottom, so it doesn't smoothly unzip and gets jammed. I'm 5'9" and was comfortable in a large.

Best and most comfortable and warmest jacket I have ever owned. I highly recommend this jacket to anyone. I am not crazy about the zipper, but being left-handed it was an easy adjustment. Definitely worth the money.

Shipping was good - coat arrived in great condition well packaged. There was a bit of delay in shipping as Rab was closed for 5 days during the Xmas holidays. And I ordered on Xmas Day and received the coat mid-Jan. But not a big deal.

I returned my jacket in Jan 26 to have the zip replaced but also to have some ‘Rab’ ink stamps removed from the jacket that had appeared when it was cleaned in 2024. When I returned the jacket the service centre contacted me and informed me that due to the age of the jacket it was unlikely that the ink stamps could be removed and also questioned whether they had been there before the jacket was cleaned in Nov 24! I can state quite categorically that the ink stains were not there when the jacket was sent in and to suggest otherwise is very disappointing - not least because I received an apology in 2024 and was told to return the jacket to be cleaned again for a second time. I absolutely love my Rab jacket and have owned it for +/- 30 years. Sadly the response I received from your customer service department is considerably inferior to the quality of your product. Very disappointing.
