Repair was well done with a contrasting color, Good communication and easy to follow instructions for mailing. Would recommend Rab repair just takes a few weeks so plan ahead.

Wash service-used this with a favourite down filled jacket, which had also become a little flat in places. It came back like new-so pleased! Quick turnaround too, which was appreciated. I’d certainly use this service again-I felt very confident in it and would recommend.
