Terrible. Never received my products. Company stole my money, promised a refund and then refused to respond.

When I contacted this company regarding a matter, I never received communication other than an autogenerated email. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible customer service and unacceptable shipping delays.

Meds stopped getting shipped. Affiliates stopped getting paid for their referrals. Terrible company to do business with. Doesn’t matter how much they lower their pricing; I won’t do business with them.

They STEAL your MONEY and DON'T DELIVER! I have been waiting on products since MARCH 2024, it's JUNE 2024. I've received NOTHING, and no one at corporate will respond to my inquiries. DO NOT trust this company with your money. They will take your money, and head for the hills. It's a SHAME to take advantage of people paying out of pocket for prescription based products, services and doctor care this way!

Did not receive my order I’ll change review once accepted

Have been charged twice for an order I have not received yet and can't get a reply when I have reached out... multiple times.

Great communication with the company when I had questions about shipping and subscriptions and the doctor answered all questions I had within a day.

I continue to be billed and not shipped the product. The company does not respond to my emails and does not allow me to cancel online or remove my credit card information from the account.

Unfortunately I’m unable to receive GLP-1 due to some changes made in Mississippi. It’s very upsetting they have taken it away from us being able to still receive it.
