My experience was good for
My experience was good for the first three months. But now, when it’s time for my next vial to arrive, it is over two weeks late. Your company charged my credit card over three weeks ago and I still have not received the product. You have not communicated with me as to why there is a delay. I will NOT be renewing.

Nobody checked in on me
Nobody checked in on me from the company. The girl I signed up under checked in on me once in the 3 months. When I said I’ve lost no weight she sent a huge list of things to also do like diet and exercise, drink water etc…. All the things I was currently doing. Very little communication.

Even though they know the ordering/renewal process takes a very long time, they started the process with my survey very late causing me to be without my med for almost a month now! I am beginning to think it was purposeful so that I would have to go backwards in dose and in the long run make me have to purchase more! Very poor process at my expense!

I have placed my second
I have placed my second order and it will take approximately 20 days before it is received. I will be without any medication for over three weeks for weight loss. My first order was placed And received in approximately 10 days. The amount of time I’m having to wait for the second order to be received is ridiculous.
