Bought three pairs 1 full price 2 on sale, not one of the three I bought were made in Maine, all three made in Brazil. Would of not bought any if it was reviled in description of shoes that they were made in Brazil.

I wish Quoddy would state which are made in USA and which is imported. Is this the start of the downward spiral for what was once a great company? I have been a customer for over 20 years and hope they don't take the path of many other companies that imported, lost their true customer base and are now no longer.

I’ve recently ordered two pairs of shoes from Quoddy and I have to say I am impressed. Both pairs are perfectly constructed and I’m kind of a perfectionist, so that is saying a lot. In this day and age, you just can’t find quality very easily but Quoddy makes a good product and I can’t give them enough stars in this review. Is 100 stars a thing? Bo Colorado

I wear a size ten and ordered a size nine and one half and they fit perfectly. The quality is first rate.

The quality of these are great, upgraded sole design is a real improvement Option if having refurbished makes this a good value

I have tried many, many shoe brands and have now discovered that I need to look no further. Quoddy is simply on a different level of quality, craftsmanship and customer service. I will wear Quoddy's for as long as I have feet. Do yourself a favor and order a pair, the only thing you will be upset about is that you didn't do so sooner.

I purchased a pair Quoddy Bluchers several years ago and love them. I recently purchased a pair of Coolside Slippers in the same size. When they arrived they simply did not fit and were painful to wear. I returned them via UPS for a refund. They arrived at Quoddy on September 23 per UPS. Heard nothing from Quoddy after more than two weeks. Texted Quoddy on Oct 3rd asking about status. After two days I received a reply indicating they had received shoes and I should receive update on the next day. I heard nothing until October 11, when they said my account had been refunded. From time of arrival at Quoddy until refund was almost 3 weeks. Additionally, they only refunded original purchase price, not shipping and required me to pay shipping costs back to them. Good quality shoes but customer service is basically non-existent.

So soft and comfortable right out of the box. It's so nice knowing that they were handmade for me. Will definitely be a return customer

Quoddy got it right. Sell a superior product with great service and your company does well. I always get excited when I get a quoddy email.

My Quoddy Canoe Shoes took a little longer than predicted, but we’re worth the wait. I measured my feet as instructed by the manufacturer & I am glad I did. Just as they said, they fit snug at first & stretch to your feet just by wearing them. These shoes are beautiful & very comfortable. Glad I opted to go with the interior leather lining as well. True American art!

Always enjoy fresh Quoddys. Another winter working from home means months of great footwear. Sure would like it if the Grizzlies had a replaceable gum outsole. Save us from having to wear galoshes to prevent breaking our hips.

The shoes took ten weeks to get here because of delays, but with COVID, I know everyone’s supply chain is a bit delayed. However, within two wears, the sole on the back left heel started off. Everything I’ve heard about quoddy mentions their durability; this just didn’t meet my expectations.

As always the entire project was perfect… Ordered a second pair for back up… Mike

Purchased the rubber waders for mother. The first were a little small and we exchanged them for a larger size. Great quality and I expect that they will be with her for a very long time!

Dear Sirs or Mesdames: While I LOVE the Quoddy Canoe Shoe, I am disappointed with the "fit." When I ordered over the telephone, I was "admittedly" taking a chance, because I had never ordered a Quoddy product previously. I asked the young lady ("Elizabeth?") how the Canoe Shoe "ran, sizewise," being advised "true to form" (or words to that effect). I told the young lady that I wore a Size 11 in a Sperry Topsider, and she told me to order a Size 11 Canoe Shoe. I now wish that I had ordered a Size 11 1/2. MY BAD because I didn't send you an outline of mmy feet! If my Canoe Shoes do NOT "stretch," like a pair of new Weejuns, would you consider selling me another pair at the SALE price, which is what I paid for the pair that I received this summer? My Canoe Shoes fit "too well" and too snugly. I wish I had ordered a larger size! Than you, Ashton O'Dwyer.

I ordered a size 11 in the topsider and they are very tight and both the width and length. I actually have fairly narrow feet and sometimes wear a 10.5 shoe with many brands. This was disappointing as I had customized the sole and laces. Also the stitching on the top of the right shoe is off making it look the shoe is pointing too much to the right.

fits snug at first but leather softens with time; Brannock 11.5 sized to 11. toebox is finally loosening after 2-3 wears. no heel slip. agree with sizing down. full size down would be too much. leather is soft, def good quality. got at tent sale couldn't figure out if defect or overstock.

Interior sole cushion not seen, slips out. Noticing a serious decline in build quality from when I first started as customer seven years ago.

The Runabout shoes are so comfortable I can’t wait to put them on
