I ordered my shoes from Quoddy because they were made in the USA and was not disappointed. I will be ordering shoes from them again.

I've had Alden refurbish a number of pairs of shoes. They come back looking almost new. The job you did on my moccasins is terrible! They weren't relined. You merely sewed sewed in a bottom liner which makes them too tight to put on. Didn't even clean up the outside of the shoe. The sewing on the sole is unsightly there is felt coming out from inside. Altogether a terrible job. Last time I deal with Quoddy.

Quoddy products are of such quality, the company doesn’t need to have sales. When it does, customers make out: there have been several lately and I’ve bought slides, slippers and belts, all in their sturdy maroon boxes.

Fit and finish are world above other brands. These are nicer and more solidly built than the higher end Sperrys and even Allen Edmonds I’ve owned. I’m a believer! Very impressed!

Just got my second pair - sport penny loafers - in the narrow width version. They look really good and extremely well made and are great to wear. Will order another pair.

The quality and comfort of Quoddy’s shoes and slippers is of the best out there, but the customer service is what really sets them apart. They treat you like family and that’s no exaggeration. Our family will be lifelong customers.

The shoe I ordered was final sale and unfortunately too tight and stiff. When I called to return them I was reminded they could not be returned, but if I sent them back they would try to rectify the problem. The shoes have been adjusted and quite comfortable now.

One of the dorm slippers became unstiched within a week of wear. We sent it back for repair, and it is more or less holding up, though threads are coming out in the same place. they are incredibly comfortable, but the shearling lining is already wearing thin, and these slippers do not appear to be durable enough for years of wear.

I bought a tent sale item advertised as size 10 D , received a size 10C , Quoddy gives a credit for price of item . Nothing for the $20.00 shipping. I would prefer a full refund for cost of item and shipping both ways. This was a mistake made by Quoddy .

Today (03-07-22) I was hoping to get a response from an email about sizing. My original issue was that I had ordered a shoe in my size consistent with the common Brannock device. The shoe delivered was too narrow.

My first pair of Quoddy. Was happy they were on sale. But within a month the stitching came undone and the sole and upper not being glued together came apart at the front of the shoe. I am very disappointed in the quality of these shoes. I've never had a pair of shoes fall apart in a month of light wear. I give them 2 stars only because they were comfortable. Tag says made in Brazil.

Oh soooooo cute in crimson. Size 7 was perfect. The wait was well worth it. Fit was perfect too. Tides at Piney Point, MD will be no match for these cuties for years to come.

I love my Quoddy shoes and boots -- all of them. I have 5 or 6 pairs. I've only been unhappy with one, and I'll blame that on me. Twelve or 13 year ago I bought a pair of Quoddy shoes and fur-lined boot that goes up over the calves (they suggest wearing it without socks!). You know what? Both are still going strong. Both are comfortable and holding up well. In that time, my wife keeps buying new shoes. And they wear out. And I bet not nearly as comfortable. I suspect she's spent as much money on replacing her shoes that wear out as I did on my Quoddy that are still going strong. Plus, I get the comfort!
