I ordered a part for a 20 Subaru Ascent, never heard from anyone, after two weeks passed, I emailed them a cancel request and ordered the part through a dealership. The received the dealership part and had it installed before I ever heard back from these people. I finally spoke to a person after seeing the pending charge on my account. They said they would cancel order, the next day, the money came out of my account, and ups sent me an email that it shipped to me. I called back and spoke with someone who told me to refuse the delivery, and they would credit the money back. Now they won’t speak to me when I call, and I don’t have my refund. I’m not stopping here until I get my refund. Terrible business
