It took forever to get to me (3 weeks). The package was beat up and taped. There was minor damage to the product itself that I was thankfully able to fix on my own so it works, and the instruction sheet was garbage-totally unhelpful.

Sent three emails asking about the part I ordered for a customer. Zero response. Finally got them on the phone and was told they would handle it and call me back, never did. Terrible customer service.

The receptionist at the parts center was very kind and walked me back to the parts desk. She asked if I got what I needed as I was leaving too. This place is clearly full of competence, knowledge, and great customer service. I will absolutely return.

Purchased Module. Received with no damaged and functioned perfectly. Also great pricing.

Ordered on 6/3, and was sent tracking on 6/5 however they only made labels and the package didn’t get picked up until 6/12. On 6/9 I sent a message about the status as the packages hadn’t moved. Sent a follow up email and message 6/10 and to this day 6/16 have not received a response. One of my packages did get delivered on 6/15 however one appears to be lost in transit. I am worried it will not get resolved when I contact them for the fourth time.

I would enjoy the product a lot better if I actually received it. I ordered floor mats and they arrived in 3-4 days after ordering. I ordered parts from Weather Tech and they have already came as well. The visors have yet to arrive after 2 weeks. I have never had such a delay in product shipment than I have from Subaru. Very disappointed and this will probably be my last order. Spending $170 and waiting 2+ weeks to actually receive the product is ridiculous. Highly disappointed and will not recommend to order from this site again. Very unhappy customer. If I could give negative stars I would.

So glad I found quick Subaru parts online. Have been waiting literally for months for the dealer to provide me with the cargo cover for my 2020 Forester Touring. Not sure they even tried to get it from wherever it came from. QuickSubaruParts. com got it to me in about two weeks, at a great price, and treated me like my being a customer was valuable and appreciated by them. Won't be going back to the dealership if any other part is needed.

Parts didn’t fit my vehicle, entered vin as instructed and they don’t fit. Don’t offer returns.

Currently having an issue with trying to return/replace an item. I was asked for my vin number which I provided after carefully confirming it was correct. Part was sent in the incorrect color. It is claimed that I provided an invalid vin number. Turns out that someone on the sellers end changed a couple of digits which is why the number came back as invalid. They went ahead and sent the parts to me without advising me of their error which I could have corrected had they gotten me involved before shipping. All I want is way to return the product and they will not tell me how.
