Part that I ordered were reasonably shipped out. Unfortunately USPS service is pathetic, lost one of the two parts I ordered. . wonder if going with another carrier may actually be cheaper and definitely more reliable.

Complete nightmare on communication. Jared did not respond to my text messages, did not respond to my email. He only responded when I finally reached him via telephone call. Products ordered July 9, no info by July 20 when I reached him by telephone. I advised to cancel order. He agreed and yet he shipped order on July 21. With no confidence in his agreement to cancel, I contacted my credit card company and challenged charges that showed up on July 21. I don’t have product but it is too late. They lie about shipping within three days. I will never do business with this company again.

You had hard to find parts and tools! I’ll be back.

It took forever to get to me (3 weeks). The package was beat up and taped. There was minor damage to the product itself that I was thankfully able to fix on my own so it works, and the instruction sheet was garbage-totally unhelpful.

Sent three emails asking about the part I ordered for a customer. Zero response. Finally got them on the phone and was told they would handle it and call me back, never did. Terrible customer service.
