I didn't receive my spare parts, they were stolen, I lost $300, I write to them and no one answers, I don't advise buying here

With VIN verification, I was able to get the right part (engine wiring harness) for my 2009 Subaru Legacy and it’s running great now. Pros: best price, part verification. Cons: shipping a bit slow and hard to get in touch with customer service or slow response from “quick” subaru. Perhaps a name change to “kinda quick” would be more appropriate. Overall though great pricing and got the right part for my car, so definitely recommend

It arrived on time and packaged in great condition. My husband did the installation of the rockford fosgate sound upgrade and it took him a few hours. Our premium 2021 outback started out with a pretty sad sound system and this upgrade was a good improvement. The website could be more clear about what the kit includes (2 front door speakers, harness, and amplifier that goes under the passenger seat) and it would be helpful to make the installation instructions a little easier to find or better yet, put a printed copy with the kit.

shippment came in a badly damaged box, as a result, missing parts. The "Extend" refused to deal with the claim. Will never order again.

Part arrived promptly and was the right color was extremely happy with purchase.

Product exactly as described, however was told the item was in stock, which was not the case. After 3 days of no movement or updates was told the item had to be special ordered. Item arrived a 8 days late than what was shown on the website.
