Parts didn’t fit my vehicle, entered vin as instructed and they don’t fit. Don’t offer returns.

Currently having an issue with trying to return/replace an item. I was asked for my vin number which I provided after carefully confirming it was correct. Part was sent in the incorrect color. It is claimed that I provided an invalid vin number. Turns out that someone on the sellers end changed a couple of digits which is why the number came back as invalid. They went ahead and sent the parts to me without advising me of their error which I could have corrected had they gotten me involved before shipping. All I want is way to return the product and they will not tell me how.
